About The Position
Drybar Nashville Capitol View is seeking a Stylist / Cosmetologist / Braider / Barber / Hair Stylist to join their high-energy, supportive, and growth-driven team. The role focuses on creating an environment where stylists can be themselves, grow their craft, build confidence, and make people feel beautiful. The ideal candidate is passionate about styling, teamwork, and having fun while working. Earning potential is estimated between $20–$31+ per hour, plus cash tips, with opportunities for increased income through hourly pay progression, commission on product and add-on service sales, and membership sales.
Requirements
- Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License.
- Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (each shift is 8 hours).
- Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Perform blowouts and styling services for clients.
- Provide add-on services and sell products and tools.
- Sell memberships (Barfly Single + Barfly Double).
- Maintain a positive and team-first attitude.
- Learn, grow, and elevate styling skills.
- Bring great energy to every shift.
- Grow personal clientele and promote business.
- Work one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) weekly.
- Be available on key business dates including Valentine’s Day, CMA Fest, CMA Awards, and Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
