About The Position

Drybar Nashville Capitol View is seeking a Stylist to join their high-energy, supportive, and growth-driven team. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about styling, teamwork, and creating a positive client experience. The salon offers a clear growth path and multiple avenues for income increase through hourly pay progression, commission on product and tool sales, add-on services, and membership sales. Requirements

Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License.
Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (each shift is 8 hours).
Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

Perform blowouts and styling services for clients.
Provide excellent client experience.
Sell products and tools.
Offer and upsell add-on services.
Sell Barfly memberships.
Work at least two shifts per week, including one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
Be available to work on key business dates including Valentine’s Day, CMA Fest, CMA Awards, and Holiday Eves.
Adhere to the dress code: casual + chic (Black, White, Grey, Yellow + Denim).
