About The Position

FARFETCH is seeking talented Stylists and Client Advisors for future opportunities within its Private Client team. This posting is intended to build a talent pipeline for roles focused on luxury fashion, clienteling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. FARFETCH aims to be the global platform for luxury fashion, connecting creators, curators, and consumers. The Private Client team focuses on providing personalized luxury service to special customers, with functions including Personal Styling/Shopping, Marketing, Client Development, Customer Service, and Operations. The New York office is located in Midtown, near Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, offering a well-connected and beautifully designed workspace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fashion sales (luxury preferable).
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers, and products.
  • Passion for styling and storytelling.
  • Ability to approach situations and make decisions that are commercially driven.
  • Existing strong client book, with a majority client base situated in North America.
  • Active listener with the ability to create a positive working environment.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, engage, and build customer relations (clienteling).
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adopting a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Farfetch Private Client base (a portfolio of 150+ top clients) by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients, and developing personal relationships with new, high-value prospects.
  • Confidently segment client book to achieve maximum impact in personalizing the client experience and optimize engagement based on individual preferences and shopping behavior.
  • Champion customer service and exceed client expectations, maintaining client relationships to enable achievement of personal sales targets and related KPIs.
  • Develop an awareness of company strategy and organizational objectives, considering them when defining personal objectives and goals.
  • Work closely with the Private Client Manager to analyze data on weekly and monthly reporting, providing feedback on assigned projects and regional information.
  • Develop an understanding of key tools including Looker and Salesforce to analyze data, identify key trends, and drive sales.
  • Use a range of data and creative tools to build personalized and inspiring assets for clients, informing them of new products, designers, and relevant Farfetch news.
  • Propose acquisition events to co-host with Senior Stylists and attend external networking and social events.
  • Share knowledge on products, brands, and trends with clients and the team.
