FARFETCH is seeking talented Stylists and Client Advisors for future opportunities within their Private Client team. The Private Client team is dedicated to providing exceptional personalized service to special customers, with functions covering Personal Styling/Shopping, Marketing, Client Development, Customer Service, and Operations. They focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients and creating magical experiences through FARFETCH.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fashion sales (luxury preferable).
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets with the drive and motivation to sustain this.
  • Deep knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers, and products.
  • Passion for styling and storytelling.
  • Ability to approach situations and make decisions that are commercially driven, understanding what drives business success and the factors that influence it.
  • Existing strong client book consisting of a majority client base situated in North America.
  • Active listener and ability to create a positive working environment through speaking and creating empathy with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, engage, and build customer relations (clienteling).
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Presentation.
  • Excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adopting a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Farfetch Private Client base (a portfolio of 150+ top clients) by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients, and developing personal relationships with new, high-value prospects.
  • Confidently segment client book to achieve maximum impact in personalizing the client experience and optimize engagement based on individual preferences and shopping behaviour.
  • Champion customer service and exceed client expectations, maintaining client relationships to the standards required for achieving personal sales targets and related KPIs.
  • Develop an awareness of company strategy and organizational objectives, considering these when defining personal objectives and goals.
  • Work closely with the Private Client Manager to analyze data on weekly and monthly reporting, providing comprehensive feedback on assigned contributing projects and regional information.
  • Develop an understanding of key tools including Looker and Salesforce, using them to analyze data to identify key trends and focus areas to drive sales and make decisions to help drive overall business performance.
  • Using a range of data and creative tools, build personalized and inspiring assets for clients to inform them of new products, designers, and other relevant Farfetch news.
  • Think creatively to propose acquisition events to co-host with Senior Stylists, as well as attending external networking and social events.
  • Share knowledge on products, brands, and trends with clients and the team.
