About The Position

As part of our Service Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Prior Technician experience preferred.
• Tech school graduates welcome.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales mindset with a customer-first approach.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with dealership systems and repair order processes is a plus.
