About The Position

As a Stylist, you serve as a brand ambassador by providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on customers’ needs and lifestyles. You collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, deliver personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting sales-floor environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• Hospitality-minded approach to engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bring personal style and positive energy to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and engage with customers to learn about their lifestyles, needs, and preferences.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to build brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style customers.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.
