About The Position

As a Stylist, you act as an Ann Taylor brand ambassador, offering personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and recommend styles that fit customers’ lifestyles and needs. You collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, deliver personalized customer experiences, and help maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role involves engaging customers, offering Styling Appointments, building relationships and a customer base, maintaining visual and operational standards, using technology to support an omnichannel shopping experience, partnering with store leaders on goals and daily expectations, and contributing ideas and support to colleagues. The position is part-time at the South Park Mall store in Charlotte, North Carolina, with an expectation of working 20 hours per week and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
