About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a full-time Stylist at Oak Brook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois. The Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. The role combines fashion styling and customer engagement with sales generation, team support, and store operations. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the Stylist supports coaching and leading the styling floor and team, coordinates daily operations, helps manage inventory, and upholds merchandising and visual standards. Stylists also lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team aligned with the company’s culture and HEART Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example by following company and Store Manager standards.
Ensure all customers are seen and connected with during their store visit.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily store operations, including coordinating daily activities, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Advocate for the EVEREVE brand and its mission.
