About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a full-time Stylist at its Oak Brook Center store in Oak Brook, Illinois. The Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and that every customer is seen and connected with. The role combines fashion styling and sales with support for team leadership and store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. Stylists are expected to embody the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that fits the company culture and delivers the HEART Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example by following company standards and the Store Manager’s direction.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Drive store results as a lead sales generator.
Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Represent the EVEREVE brand and advocate for its mission.
