About The Position

Frank & Eileen is opening its first US flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York City. As a woman-owned, woman-led, B Corp-certified brand, we are seeking passionate, client-focused Key Holder Stylists to join our founding retail team. This role involves opening and closing the store, delivering a luxury styling experience, building lasting customer relationships, and creating wardrobes that inspire confidence and joy.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in luxury or specialty retail, with a passion for styling and customer relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
Reliable, punctual, and able to perform opening/closing duties with integrity.
Comfortable with technology (POS, clienteling tools, iPads/iPhones) and adaptable to new systems.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Serve as a brand ambassador and stylist, guiding customers through our collections and curating looks tailored to their lifestyle.
Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is secure and customer-ready.
Build long-term relationships through clienteling excellence: thoughtful follow-up, personalized outreach, and one-on-one styling appointments.
Partner with the management team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
Inspire teammates by modeling exceptional service, teamwork, and positive energy on the sales floor.
Deliver exceptional experiences during peak moments.
Support daily operational tasks, including steaming and preparing product for the floor, replenishing, organizing, and maintaining pristine presentation standards, and participating in cleaning and upkeep to ensure an elevated environment.
