About The Position

This role involves understanding customer specifications for each product, visually inspecting products for defects, and ensuring the highest level of personal hygiene and cleanliness. The Styler will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any suspicious or abnormal situations to their supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to know and understand customer specifications for each product.
• Ability to visually scan multiple pieces of product and manually realign misshapen items.
• Ability to visually scan multiple pieces of product and manually separate marriages.
• Ability to maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies.
• Ability to physically inspect products for both natural occurring (e.g., bruises, blood spots) and processing defects (e.g., foreign material, out of spec product).
• Ability to identify and report suspicious or abnormal situations (e.g., product tampering, willful product adulteration, unauthorized employees in restricted areas, belief that product adulteration may be occurring, equipment malfunction that may put product wholesomeness at stake).
