The Style Team Leader role is part of a team of specialized consultants who understand how to meet guests where they are and deliver for them through strong operations, incredible guest experience, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. The Style team is passionate about Apparel and Accessories (A&A), bringing the energy of style to life with compelling in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. They are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests' needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and have resources to provide assistance with outfitting, accessorizing, and building the basket to drive top-line sales. The role of a Style Team Leader can provide you with the skills and experience of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team, retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies, planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals, and leading a team of hourly team members, including skills in helping with selecting, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
