Engine's mission is to power connections through simplified travel. We do that in a space, business travel and corporate spending, which many people may find deeply boring. That's our opportunity. We're looking for a Stunt Marketing Manager to lead the creation of bold, unconventional marketing stunts and brand moments that make business travel decision-makers stop, share, and talk about Engine. This is not a traditional events or field marketing role. It's an idea-generation role built for executional velocity. You'll own a constant pipeline of cultural moments, physical activations, and digital-native stunts that earn attention without buying it. Some will be scrappy and fast. Others will scale into major flagship moments. All of them tie back to the business: brand search lift, share of voice, and CAC efficiency across the paid funnel. Earned attention is the most efficient attention we can create. This role sits on the Performance Marketing team as an IC, with a path to managing a roster of contractors (designers, producers, creators, fabricators) as activations scale. Execution starts in-house and hands-on. Success is measured in cultural impact and commercial impact, together.
