Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a driven and approachable Studio Manager who is passionate about fitness and changing lives. The ideal candidate will be task-oriented, accountable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with members, employees, vendors, and visitors. This role requires motivating a sales team, actively listening, and maintaining a positive and fit lifestyle. The Studio Manager is responsible for problem-solving, recognizing member milestones, and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness studio.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.

• Handle any issues that arise within the studio promptly and effectively.
• Recognize and celebrate member achievements and milestones.
• Oversee the big picture as well as manage tiny details of studio operations.
