About The Position

As a Studio Manager, you are the in-studio leader responsible for creating an exceptional experience for both clients and team members every day. You are the operational heartbeat of your home studio, ensuring that every detail -- from cleanliness and hospitality to sales execution and studio standards -- is consistently delivered at a high level. While this role does not include direct people management, you will serve as a mentor, coach, and day-to-day resource for Studio Advisors by leading through example and reinforcing BODYROK's standards and culture.
