About The Position

Traction Wellness Group is hiring a Studio Manager for SweatHouz The Marina. SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise in the world, bringing contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge) to people through private suite experiences. Traction Wellness Group operates SweatHouz studios across five states. The Studio Manager runs the studio from the floor, focusing on the team, schedule, and numbers, while also engaging with prospects, closing memberships, and coaching sales associates. The goal is to embody the SweatHouz standard in terms of team energy, suite condition, and conversion rates within approximately 60 days.

Requirements

2+ years in sales
1+ year managing a team
Availability for peak hours, including weekends
Someone who keeps score even when nobody's asking.
Someone who likes a month with a number on it.
Someone who has sold memberships and is good at it.
Someone who lives the lifestyle they're selling.
Someone who would rather lead a team than manage one.

Nice To Haves

Membership sales experience is a significant advantage
Bachelor's degree is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the SweatHouz sales and operating model, welcoming prospects, delivering a premium experience, and converting them into members.
Teach the team to execute the sales and operating model effectively.
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of sales associates to meet monthly targets and care for members.
Ensure the studio is fully staffed at all times.
Maintain studio cleanliness and consistency for an elevated member experience.
Develop and execute neighborhood partnerships and events to build relationships and fill the studio without an ad budget.
Participate in weekly leadership meetings with other Studio Managers to review performance and build actionable plans.
