About The Position
As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one Stretch Zone studio, drive membership growth, and help members experience the life-changing benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching others, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team
- Retail, hospitality, wellness, or membership sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage performance metrics
- Familiarity with KPIs and basic business performance reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or franchise operations
- Experience with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
- Understanding of P&L statements and business performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Stretch Zone studio.
- Drive membership growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Coach Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners.
- Review schedules.
- Answer phones.
- Follow up on prospective members and missed appointments.
- Support the team in achieving membership sales goals.
- Communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
- Ensure every member receives an exceptional experience.
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor revenue, memberships, retention, labor efficiency, and daily performance.
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Build a culture of leadership, accountability, teamwork, excellence, and service.

- Hourly Compensation: $24.00–$27.00 per hour
- Annual Base Compensation: Approximately $50,000–$56,000
- Performance Bonus Opportunity: Up to $10,000–$15,000+ annually
- Total Earning Opportunity: $60,000–$70,000+
