About The Position

Rumble Boxing is seeking a Studio Manager for its Vancouver location. This role involves leading the studio's operations, including sales, team leadership, member experience, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy leader who can drive growth and foster a positive culture within a fast-paced fitness environment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service leadership.
Proven sales track record with experience in coaching others to achieve sales targets.
High-energy leadership style with a strong coaching and team-first mentality.
Operational proficiency, including budget management, scheduling, and problem-solving.
Passion for wellness and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead sales strategy and execution to meet and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
Drive revenue from retail, personal training, and events.
Coach the team on sales techniques, conversions, and upsells.
Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow.
Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards.
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff and trainers.
Set weekly expectations and ensure team accountability.
Foster a culture of energy, ownership, and fun.
Build relationships with members, local businesses, and influencers.
Lead in-studio engagement, social media presence, and partnership events.
Focus on member retention and maintaining a positive studio atmosphere.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), attendance trends, and conversion data.
Identify operational issues and implement solutions promptly.
Communicate performance results clearly and confidently.
