Responsibilities

Build the Community: Create a welcoming environment where members feel they belong, build relationships with members and local businesses, and help create events and experiences that keep people engaged.
Lead the Team: Develop, support, and inspire your team, foster a positive and accountable culture, and help deliver an exceptional member experience.
Grow the Business: Drive membership growth, retention, and referrals, support local marketing and community outreach, and help your studio achieve its goals.
