About The Position
As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time.
Requirements
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity)
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Drive membership growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and ready
- Greet members, check them in, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for
- Coach Sales Associates
- Check the schedule
- Answer phones
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching
- Track performance metrics
- Review KPIs
- Ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals
- Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch
- Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service
