About The Position

We are looking for a Studio Manager / General Manager who is driven as well as approachable. This individual should be task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. They will be responsible for looking everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, calling them by name, and making time for them. The ideal candidate can motivate a sales team, listens well, and enjoys staying fit and having fun. This role requires someone who can fix problems when they arise and ensure members are recognized for milestones. When sales goals are set, this person will surpass them.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness studio.
Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Ensure excellent customer service for all members, employees, vendors, and visitors.
Handle any issues or problems that arise within the studio.
Recognize member milestones and achievements.
Oversee the training and development of studio staff.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
