About The Position

The QC Internship program is purposed to provide individuals with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment within the entertainment industry.

Requirements

• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Have good communications skills
• Have professional appearance and behavior
• Be a make-it-happen type of person
• Be available at least 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
• Have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Have a laptop or tablet
• Able to lift at least 30lbs unassisted
• Assertiveness
• Strong time management

Responsibilities

• Assist with running errands for clients and staff members, ensuring a smooth and efficient studio experience for everyone involved.
• Help set up and prepare studio spaces for upcoming sessions, including equipment setup and arrangement of amenities.
• Provide support with any necessary paperwork, such as organizing session files, completing release forms, and managing administrative tasks.
• Act as a liaison between clients and studio personnel, offering assistance and addressing any needs or concerns that may arise during sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas and studio spaces.
