About The Position

Dance With Me, founded by world-renowned dancers Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy, is a rapidly expanding ballroom dance organization dedicated to transforming lives through dance. We aim to help individuals build confidence, achieve personal goals, foster meaningful relationships, and discover new passions. We are seeking a dynamic leader passionate about people development, building high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role is unique, focusing on talent development rather than traditional administrative management. We need someone who can inspire, elevate performance standards, coach individuals to exceed their potential, and drive business growth. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in team leadership, performance coaching, and client relationship building.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate people
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable leading customer consultations and sales conversations
  • Positive, energetic, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Strong accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop instructors into confident, high-performing professionals through regular coaching sessions, feedback, and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Improve instructors' teaching skills, communication, leadership presence, student retention, and sales performance.
  • Build a studio culture of accountability, professionalism, growth, and excellence, recognizing potential and helping individuals overcome limitations.
  • Help drive studio growth by facilitating student goal achievement through personalized programs, events, showcases, and competitions.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective and existing students.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Present premium programs and experiences.
  • Help students stay engaged and committed to their goals.
  • Support revenue growth through exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
  • Create an environment where students feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and inspired.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Help students overcome obstacles and stay motivated.
  • Create a positive and energetic studio culture.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and service.
