About The Position

The CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member helps provide a positive student experience by maintaining a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment. The role supports the CPY community and reflects the company’s core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. SET members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with a schedule that varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
