About The Position

The CorePower team is the heartbeat of the company, prioritizing people and investing in the employee experience to create a powerful experience that transforms lives. This role is designed to positively impact the student experience at each studio and provide a discount on studio membership. The Studio Experience Team (SET) member is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for the yoga studio, ensuring it is always ready for use by the community. SET members can deepen their connection with the CPY community and strengthen their personal yoga practice by taking advantage of a special discounted yoga membership. SET members exhibit the Company’s Core Values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, & Laugh Together. This is a part-time position requiring commitment to up to six hours of studio shifts per month.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Must be able to commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
