About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. SET members commit to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. The role also offers an opportunity to connect with the CorePower community and develop a personal yoga practice through a discounted studio membership.

The SET member cleans and disinfects studio spaces and equipment, maintains reception, changing-room, and bathroom cleanliness, restocks supplies, handles waste and laundry, and reports maintenance or repair needs. Members are expected to follow the company’s Time and Attendance Policy and demonstrate its core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

Compensation is $15.40 per hour. The position includes access to a discounted All Access Membership, retail discounts, continued-education offerings, an Employee Assistance Program, and time-and-a-half pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month; the schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
