About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment at its Edina studio. The role supports the student experience and the studio community while offering the opportunity to purchase a discounted All Access yoga membership. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring commitment to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with the schedule varying based on studio needs. The role involves cleaning and disinfecting studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, handling waste and laundry, and notifying management of maintenance or repair needs. Compensation is $11.41 per hour.

Requirements

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
