Studio Experience Team - Tempe/ASU
About The Position
CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. The role includes cleaning studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, managing waste and laundry, and notifying management about maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s core values and follow its attendance policy. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. Team members are eligible to purchase a discounted All Access yoga membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market.
Requirements
- Ability to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect all studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
- Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
- Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
- Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
- Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
- Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
- Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
