We are looking for a talented esthetician to temporarily join our spa team at our Venice Skincare Studio. The ideal candidate shares our commitment to wellness, kindness and furthering our mission of creating pure, effective, results-driven skincare that is safe for the planet and you.

Requirements

Possess a warm and welcoming energy
A passion for people and service
At least 2+ years of experience providing facials
A valid California esthetics license
Passionate about all things skincare and understand that healthy skin is the foundation for beautiful skin.
Experience with clean beauty and an understanding of natural, non-toxic ingredients
Entrepreneurial, make-it-work spirit!
Understands how to work with different skin concerns and always make clients feel comfortable
Ability to recommend and sell products
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed to support studio operations.
Ability to work in an environment with fragranced products, essential oils, and spa-related aromas.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Tolerance for occasional exposure to cleaning products, spa sanitization agents, and routine spa equipment.
Responsible, dependable and punctual
Strong time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a talent for making people feel comfortable and better about themselves
Works well in a team environment and has the flexibility to cover and pick up extra shifts as needed

Responsibilities

Provide personalized facials to our clientele through a deep understanding of our products as well as the clients needs
Adhere to time length/treatment protocols when giving treatments
Educate guests on products and services and prescribe a home regimen of personal skincare products for clientele
Demonstrate selling skills to achieve retail sales goals
Support brand integrity by following all treatment protocols
Maintain a clean environment and compliance with all sanitation guidelines and procedures
Support your clients in feeling more amazing than when they came in!
