Requirements

Valid Esthetician license
Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a spa, resort, or hospitality environment preferred

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare services, including facials, exfoliation treatments, masks, and hair removal (waxing)
Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
Customize services based on individual guest needs and preferences
Maintain detailed and accurate guest treatment records
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked at all times
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations
Promote and sell retail skincare products to support guest results
Build and maintain strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience
