About The Position

Kidcreate Studio Frederick is seeking an enthusiastic, people-loving Part-Time Studio Director to help lead their growing studio. The Studio Director will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for families, staff, and community partners. This role involves overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring classes and events run smoothly, maintaining a welcoming and safe studio environment, managing schedules and supplies, and supporting studio growth through community outreach. The position also focuses on customer experience by building relationships with families, assisting with registrations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Team leadership includes recruiting, training, coaching, and supporting instructors, fostering a positive team culture, and assisting with staff scheduling. Additionally, the role involves sales and marketing support, promoting classes and events, representing the studio in the community, supporting social media content creation, and helping to achieve enrollment and revenue goals.
