About The Position

This position is the first and last touchpoint with clients, so it is a very important role to the success of the studio. Requirements

  • The ability to demonstrate exceptional customer experience skills
  • Effective communication skills including, but not limited to, initiating and managing client conversations
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in salon/beauty environment or retail sales preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in customers when they arrive at the studio.
  • Assist with client inquiries, educate clients about our service offerings, product selection and membership program.
  • Manage the schedule and provide creative solutions to problems helping maximize the client experience and provide support to the service providers.
  • Rescheduling clients if needed.
  • Coverage of shifts in short-notice/emergency situations (sickness, etc.).
  • Participate in community outreach events.
  • Studio cleanliness.
  • Supporting management with inventory tracking.
