About The Position

Burrow, now part of Havenly Brands, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join its retail team in Boston. The role supports the daily sales and operations of the showroom and reports directly to the Store Manager. The associate prioritizes the business by driving sales and delivering a consistently memorable customer experience. It is suited to motivated, adaptable people passionate about furniture, interior design, and working with people.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales environment; furniture or home décor experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated affinity for people and creating a memorable customer experience.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a team-selling environment.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed by the business.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Passion for furniture, interior design, and quality.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in providing exceptional service to every customer.
• Innovative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to tell a story and create descriptive images that help others visualize ideas.
