About The Position

Burrow, now part of Havenly Brands, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support daily sales and showroom operations in Boston. The role focuses on driving sales and delivering a consistently memorable customer experience. It is suited to motivated, adaptable people passionate about furniture, interior design, and working with people. The associate reports directly to the Store Manager. The hourly rate is $19; the offered rate may depend on experience, education, certifications, skills, expertise, and location. Applications will be accepted through November 30, 2026, or until the role is filled.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales environment; furniture or home décor experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated affinity for people and creating a memorable customer experience.
• Proven capability in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals in a team-selling environment.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Available to work a schedule reflecting business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and maneuver effectively around the sales floor.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in providing exceptional service to every customer.
• Innovative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and a team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to tell a story and create a descriptive image that helps others visualize ideas.
• Passion for furniture, interior design, and quality.
