About The Position

Madame Tussauds Hollywood is seeking a Studio Artist to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance of wax figures, ensuring they look lifelike and ready for display and events. The Studio Artist will perform maintenance, touch-ups, and repairs, as well as install and style figures. They will also manage maintenance schedules, prepare figures for events, and collaborate with various teams to enhance guest experiences. A strong commitment to safety and brand guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, touch-ups, and repairs on wax figures to keep them looking red-carpet ready.
• Restore damaged figures to ensure they look lifelike and camera-ready.
• Install and style figures, including positioning, lighting, and presentation to meet brand standards.
• Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and quality goals for exhibits.
• Prepare, pack, transport, and set up figures for PR events, offsite appearances, and research activities.
• Represent the Madame Tussauds brand at special events and celebrity appearances.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve figure quality and realism.
• Collaborate with managers and operations teams to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Follow all health, safety, and brand guidelines while keeping detailed maintenance records.
