About The Position

BodyRok delivers high-intensity, low-impact reformer Pilates that tones, sculpts, and redefines the body and mind in just 45 minutes. We are a growing studio community built around a simple commitment: helping people, team members and members alike, become the best version of themselves. We are looking for dedicated, hospitality-minded people who want to help us share the BodyRok experience with more of our community. We are currently hiring a founding team for BodyRok Costa Mesa, including part-time and full-time Studio Advisors. The Studio Advisor is the heart of the BodyRok member experience and the first and last impression every member and guest has of the studio. This is a hospitality-first role. You set the tone for a warm, welcoming, and impeccably run studio, build genuine relationships with members, and act as a brand ambassador for BodyRok in every interaction. You also play a meaningful part in growing the studio by developing relationships with prospective, new, and existing members that lead to membership and package growth. As a Studio Advisor, you are expected to deliver the BodyRok Service Promise, contribute to a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio, take ownership of your work without micromanagement, and execute the team member basics of being on time and complying with the dress code.
