About The Position
We are looking for a talented Student to join our School to Work Program in Bronx, NY. In this role, you will make an impact by assisting senior level Technicians with repairs and maintenance on CHASSIS products and Engine repair under direct supervision in a service workshop. You will also be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, and inspecting chassis and/or chassis components, providing assistance with diagnosing and troubleshooting engine failures, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area and tools. Additionally, you will perform general shop maintenance tasks, including inspecting extension cords, replacing air lines, general maintenance, completing daily JSA (Job Safety Analysis) reports, welder inspections, and daily time sheets. You will perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be a student participating in a School to Work Program.
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision in a service workshop, assist senior level Technicians with repairs and maintenance on CHASSIS products and Engine repair.
