About The Position
This role involves assisting in the construction, scenic painting, and prop creation for a four-show theatre season. The student worker will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean workspace, aiding in show installation and strike, and performing tool and equipment maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
- Basic knowledge of safety equipment/tools and their uses
- Basic set construction and scenic painting techniques
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, push loaded carts, and lift up to 25 pounds
