About The Position
Friendship Fields is seeking a dependable student worker to serve as a Learning Coach. This role involves assisting the instructor in the classroom by supporting students with written assignments, helping them follow directions, and working with their individual abilities, including modifying tasks as appropriate. The Learning Coach will also assist students in navigating various locations such as the cafeteria, field trips, library, lower and upper Casado, and McKay Gym. Friendship Fields operates from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with available shifts from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.
- Must be dependable, teachable, punctual, patient, and compassionate.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Patience.
- Ability to display empathy for and interest in the students.

Responsibilities
