About The Position
The Athletics Department is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable student worker to assist with administrative tasks that support the university's athletic teams.
Requirements
- Full-time student in good academic standing
- Can work a minimum of 8-10 hours per week
- Attention to detail and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
- Dependable, punctual, and discreet
Responsibilities
- Keeping team rosters up to date
- Assisting with the management over gym calendars and schedule
- Answer phone calls - as needed
- Scan, file, and organize athletics-related documents
- Assist Coaches with tasks - as needed
