The Student Technology Center Technician assists students with hardware and software issues. This position involves working closely with students, staff, and faculty, and requires strong customer service skills. The technician will answer technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and manage equipment check-outs for students, faculty, and staff. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is essential, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
