About The Position

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse School of Education maintains a pool of potential Student Teaching University Supervisors to meet varying program needs. Supervisors are experienced teachers and administrators who mentor UW-La Crosse teacher candidates during school experiences. They represent the university and act as liaisons between the School of Education and cooperating schools and agencies, with responsibility for directly supervising teacher candidates and supporting their growth as thoughtful learners, leaders, inquirers, and community members. This is a temporary, fixed-term position. UW-La Crosse does not provide H-1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain authorization throughout the employment term.
