Student Support Associate (Part Time)

ACI LearningColorado Springs, CO
Onsite

About The Position

Our Colorado Springs campus runs on the people at the front desk. This role is often the first face a student sees and the first voice they hear when something's not working right. If you like solving problems, keeping things organized, and making people feel taken care of, this is a role where that shows up every single day. You'll be the primary point of contact for students and visitors at the Colorado Springs campus, handling everything from a friendly greeting at the door to tracking down a missing transcript. Expect a mix of front desk hospitality, administrative work, direct student support, and basic Tier 1 technical troubleshooting across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
