Under general supervision of assigned manager/supervisor, serve as a staff assistant in providing student services and information on college programs. The Veterans Resource Center maintains a focus on: Reviewing student records and supporting documentation for accuracy and eligibility determination Processing and maintaining VA educational benefit certifications, amendments, and enrollment verifications Monitoring enrollment changes and ensuring timely reporting to the Department of Veterans Affairs Maintaining accurate student records and supporting compliance with VA audit and reporting requirements Assisting veteran and military-affiliated students with benefit-related questions and referrals Coordinating with Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Counseling, and other campus departments regarding veteran student services Staying in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies, and Veterans Affairs requirements.
