About The Position
The Student Supervisor position at Hoffman Estates High School is a 10-month role responsible for monitoring student behavior and movement throughout the school. The supervisor will ensure adherence to school rules and regulations, assist with visitor management, and respond to emergencies. This role requires the ability to use discretion, be fair and consistent, and maintain positive working relationships with students and staff.

Responsibilities
- Monitor student behavior and movement in hallways, cafeterias, and locker rooms.
- Check entrances and exits regularly.
- Check bathrooms before school, after school, and each hour during the school day.
- Help direct visitors entering the school.
- Escort students from their class as requested by Administrators.
- Help direct students during fire alarms and lock downs.
- Perform duties assigned by the Administrator in designated areas such as hall locations, common areas, cafeteria, washrooms, locker rooms, outside areas, and parking lots.
