About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Student Success Services, this position provides high-level administrative, operational, and programmatic support essential to the success of the Student Success Services (SSS) unit and its affiliated programs. The Student Success Services Analyst plays a central role in ensuring the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of administrative systems, student success initiatives, and unit-wide priorities. This position requires strong judgment, discretion, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities span planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of complex projects and processes. The Analyst serves as a key connector across the unit, ensuring operational alignment, timely execution of priorities, and a high standard of communication, service, and professionalism. A key function of this role includes planning, organizing, and coordinating student success events and programming designed to foster connection, morale, engagement, and belonging among students, staff, and campus partners.

  • Respond promptly to requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and prepare detailed written reports and correspondence
  • Take initiative in maintaining current professional skills and pursuing appropriate training
  • Support all unit operational needs and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and project coordination
  • Model and promote a culture of care, professionalism, and responsiveness by creating welcoming environments, both in-person and virtual that center the needs and experiences of students, staff, and campus partners.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs
