Green River College is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support Nursing & Healthcare Studies students from program entry through completion, certification, and transition into the workforce. This position plays a central role in supporting student success processes, program operations, and administrative functions to ensure students receive timely, accurate, and consistent support. Working under the direction of the Nursing Program Manager, the coordinator manages applications, registration, onboarding, communication, outreach, and student progression activities. The role collaborates closely with program leadership, faculty, and external partners to support student retention, completion, testing readiness, and workforce outcomes. Green River College is an open-access institution committed to supporting students from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds. This position contributes to that mission by promoting equitable access, supporting student persistence, and ensuring alignment between program processes and student needs. This is a full-time, in-person position with a 12-month contract. Limited remote work may be approved on a case-by-case basis. ABOUT THE COLLEGE: Green River College's student body is made up of approximately 41% Academic Transfer students, 34% Professional-Technical students, 15% Adult Basic Education student, and 3% Applied Bachelor degrees. Green River College has four campuses, including the main campus in Auburn, Washington, with satellite campuses in Kent, downtown Auburn, and Enumclaw. Green River programs serve high school graduates, Running Start students (dual enrollment in local high schools and the college), those seeking retraining for the workforce, international students, students learning English, and Continuing Education students.
