About The Position

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Nursing Program Coordinator who will participate in quality improvement activities and support the ongoing development and effectiveness of the TAVR program. The Nursing Program Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program, including patient care coordination, education, quality metrics, data, and registries for procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating patient referrals, authorizations, and procedures; providing education and support to patients and families; and facilitating communication among patients, families, physicians, clinical staff, and external partners.

Requirements

Must possess and maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
Must possess and maintain an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Must possess and maintain a Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital.
One (1) year of experience working in a Cath Lab Unit (experience may be concurrent).

Nice To Haves

Three (3) years of experience working in a Cath Lab Unit.
Experience in acute care settings.

Responsibilities
