The Student Success Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month Administrative Professional position within the Black/African American Cultural Center (B/AACC) reporting to the Assistant Director of B/AACC. This position supports student success, personal development, co-curricular engagement, and belonging through student development initiatives, programming, operations, and campus partnerships. The coordinator serves as a key resource for students and helps cultivate a welcoming and culturally responsive environment. The Student Success Coordinator supervises up to six student staff, which includes hiring, training, development, and evaluation of the staff. This position requires skills for successful, active collaboration across all Cultural Resource Centers (CRCs), such as flexibility, thorough communication, and knowledge of student needs and concerns. In addition, this position will actively model Colorado State University’s Principles of Community.
