About The Position

This is a part-time, home-based role for an Educational Technology company in the US. The Student Success Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with students via text, email, and phone calls to guide them through the college application process from interest to enrollment. The role involves answering questions, providing support, maintaining accurate records of student interactions, and following up to ensure student engagement and progress. Maintaining professional and clear communication is essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Send and respond to text messages using the company’s texting software
